Vehicle remapping for Northern Ireland drivers has been the focus of Autotune (NI) Ltd for more than 15 years. We tune the engine software on almost all current cars, petrol and diesel, at our workshop in Ballymena.
Most cars are read and written through the OBD port. Where a car's ECU is protected, we connect to it on the bench or open it in background debug mode (BDM), and we tell you before you book.
Results vary from car to car, and a difference of around 10bhp between two identical cars is normal. That is why we recommend a dyno run if you want to see exactly what your car makes.

If your car can be tuned by an easier method than expected on the day, you only pay the lower cost, and if it will cost more, we tell you first. Appointments are booked by calling the office, and every car gets a test drive before you pay.
